About Rojad CompuTech
Rojad CompuTech started business as a small ICT company in Sept 2001 with the name Rojad Computers at Shop 8 Egba Anglican Shopping Complex, Oluwo Road, Onikolobo, Abeokuta, Ogun State. During late 2002, the company started hosting as a mere reseller with the domain name rojadonline.com for the first year.
By 2005 the company moved to a new spacious environment at Nos 63 Onikolobo Road, Onikolobo, Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria. By this time rojadhost.net is no more a mere reseller domain but resides in its own dedicated server till date.
The company had done several researches on the possibility of running a data center in Nigeria, The research was however sucessful except that currently in the country where the company reside such a project would not be economically feasible because of poor power supply and Internet connection. The company also realised that if it go into having its data center it would not be able to compete favourable with other hosting companies around it especially with price. Because of this the company decided to maintain colocation hosting with a US company until a favourable condition returns in its country
By September 12, 2008 the company registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) as Rojad CompuTech with the registration number OG3259. Rojad Computech is the short form of Rojad Computer Technologies.
